I see, sense and speak what others can’t.
Growing up, I assumed that everyone could sense all the subtle shifts and changes in moods, atmosphere and energy that I could feel. I thought everyone noticed untruths and pretence like I did; I struggled to understand why others constantly ignored it.
I was persistently unsettled by the ‘obvious’ gap between truth and appearance. The tale of ‘The Emperor’s New Clothes’ disturbed me deeply - why was no one brave enough to be kind?
The insincerity troubled me - it felt cruel and undignified - I felt vulnerable sensing the reality behind all the masks. I struggled knowing that what people said so often did not match with how they were really thinking, feeling and being. It was intensely difficult to build trust.
Decades later, I unearthed the truth and was stunned to discover that my ability to see, sense and speak hidden truths is not shared by everyone. I suddenly understood why I had found it all so hard. They weren’t meaning to be untruthful, they just couldn’t see, sense or speak what I could! Some people were confronted and unsettled by it, while others found it profoundly liberating. It depended on their readiness - truth is transformational.
I realised that some people are ready to unearth, embrace and liberate the truth about themself and their life. These are my people.
Now, I empower those who are ready to see the unseen, speak the unsaid, and sense the truth.
It is brave work…for both of us! You have to be committed and ready for it!
Truth is wonderfully wild and expansive. It will always set you free.

What I Sense About You
You feel a little lost, losing hope because life feels disappointing and overwhelming. What is supposed to feel fulfilling feels empty. You’re caught in those tall tales and tangled undergrowth of childhood. You can’t see the wood for the trees. You can’t see the path through these woods.
You’ve done all the things - you’re a high achiever, successful by every day standards, but it all feels so meaningless and empty. You sense that you are made for more but you’re afraid to embrace it.

You know it is time to stop hiding, to stop performing, pretending and abandoning yourself. You know you are made for more - your soul is crying out to be free.

I have been where you are!
Following 23 ‘successful’ years of teaching and senior leadership in schools, I unearthed, embraced and liberated the truth about myself and my purpose in life. I left my safe and successful career to bravely begin my true calling. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
My teaching career revealed my extraordinary and precious gift for reading people and texts. It also honed my skill and passion for pastoral care, safeguarding, communication, analysis, change & improvement management, professional development & training, leadership and quality assurance.
My work is officially called ‘Coaching’ but to me the more truthful descriptions are: Partner, Guide, Mentor, Healer, Support, Champion, Advocate, Companion, Encourager. Whatever you choose to call it, I create a thoroughly safe space where fear and pretence stay at the door with the shoes and coats. The work is always deep, sometimes uncomfortable and unavoidably transformational.
Most people are not very used to the truth, they don’t teach it in schools (believe me, I know!)
It is always for the brave of heart. It is for those who are open, ready and committed.
Truth is not soft and sweet, it is powerful and majestic.
You must be prepared for an adventure that is totally wild and totally good.
